Service manager – Customer Success GroupI have worked in Puzzel since 2014, first in Commercial as Sales Executive and now as a Service manager in Customer Success Group.
My main responsibility is to maintain and develop the relationship between the customer and Puzzel. This entails a close cooperation between various functions i.e. the customer, commercial team and technical teams.
As Service Manager I am responsible for reporting and technical governance, overseeing projects and ensure SLA adherence towards our customers.
