"My name is Jon Magnus Hushovd, and I’ve been with Puzzel since 2007. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to take on more responsibilities and now work as Director Customer Care. I oversee our Support Teams and Service Management function, with a focus on ensuring that our customers love us and stay with us.
What I love about Puzzel is the strong sense of teamwork and support across our different departments and offices. My colleagues are highly skilled, engaged, and always ready to help. During my different roles, I've consistently had the challenges I need to grow professionally.
Over the years, I’ve also seen and been a part of the company becoming more professionalized and increasingly international in its operations, with both positive and challenging aspects along the way.
