Adele Rogers - L&D Consultant
"I joined during the height of the COVID pandemic. Starting remotely, at a time when most of the team already knew each other, could have been a challenge. But thanks to the welcoming and inclusive nature of this group, I felt like one of the team from day one.
Despite the distance, I was treated as an equal, with my ideas being listened to and valued. The trust placed in me allowed me to contribute to and even work solo on several projects. It’s remarkable how seamlessly I’ve blended in, to the point that I believe many wouldn’t even realize I’m a contractor!
It's a culture where everyone, regardless of their position or how they started, feels they are making a difference each day.
It’s been a pleasure being part of such a supportive and collaborative team, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue working with all of you."
Jon Magnus Hushovd - Director Customer Care
"My name is Jon Magnus Hushovd, and I’ve been with Puzzel since 2007. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to take on more responsibilities and now work as Director Customer Care. I oversee our Support Teams and Service Management function, with a focus on ensuring that our customers love us and stay with us.
What I love about Puzzel is the strong sense of teamwork and support across our different departments and offices. My colleagues are highly skilled, engaged, and always ready to help. During my different roles, I've consistently had the challenges I need to grow professionally.
Over the years, I’ve also seen and been a part of the company becoming more professionalized and increasingly international in its operations, with both positive and challenging aspects along the way. Being part of an international company also allows me the opportunity to travel and connect with people from different cultures. And of course, the social activities we arrange keep things fun and allow us to get to know each other better."
Thomas Hammerich - Customer Success Director
"My role within Puzzel is as a champion for our customers and the team that I lead, spending much of my time ensuring that we always have a customer centric perspective on everything that we do. I have been with Puzzel since early 2024, and my title is Customer Success Director.
I am very passionate about what I do, because I get to go to work every day either in the office or remotely and support a truly wonderful team on their individual developments and journeys through their careers. Though I might just be a flash in the pan across their whole careers, my ambition is always to make as positive an impact as I can with that time, and hopefully see them excel and even exceed me.
I love working in Puzzel because there is so much room for me to make a positive impact, both on a personal level but also organizationally. Nothing is great all the time, and Puzzel is no exception to this. But we are always committed to working on making things better through mutual trust and by standing strong together. As long as we do that, I know I am in the right place for me. "

Overall, we're here to provide technical support to all of our commercial functions. What that means in practice is that we do demos, we write scope documents, we solve technology problems, and we're the go to for any and all technical answers. It's our job to tell existing and future customers how our technology delivers value to them and it's up to us to show it, too!
What I love the most about Puzzel - at heart, I'm a product man. The product at Puzzel is superb! It's versatile, it's powerful, and seeing how our customers use it to solve business critical problems is a real joy. A special mention, too, has to go to my colleagues. Puzzel is full of brilliant people, always happy to help, and always able to turn a bad day into a good one.”
