Adele Rogers - L&D Consultant
"I joined during the height of the COVID pandemic. Starting remotely, at a time when most of the team already knew each other, could have been a challenge. But thanks to the welcoming and inclusive nature of this group, I felt like one of the team from day one.
Despite the distance, I was treated as an equal, with my ideas being listened to and valued. The trust placed in me allowed me to contribute to and even work solo on several projects. It’s remarkable how seamlessly I’ve blended in, to the point that I believe many wouldn’t even realize I’m a contractor!
It's a culture where everyone, regardless of their position or how they started, feels they are making a difference each day.
It’s been a pleasure being part of such a supportive and collaborative team, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue working with all of you."

Jon Magnus Hushovd - Director Customer Care
"My name is Jon Magnus Hushovd, and I’ve been with Puzzel since 2007. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to take on more responsibilities and now work as Director Customer Care. I oversee our Support Teams and Service Management function, with a focus on ensuring that our customers love us and stay with us.
What I love about Puzzel is the strong sense of teamwork and support across our different departments and offices. My colleagues are highly skilled, engaged, and always ready to help. During my different roles, I've consistently had the challenges I need to grow professionally.
Over the years, I’ve also seen and been a part of the company becoming more professionalized and increasingly international in its operations, with both positive and challenging aspects along the way. Being part of an international company also allows me the opportunity to travel and connect with people from different cultures. And of course, the social activities we arrange keep things fun and allow us to get to know each other better."

Sofia Rossi - Director of Customer Engagement
"My name is Sofia Rossi, and I have worked at Puzzel for five years. I'm the Director of Customer Enablement and are responsible for managing our four teams who do our customer implementations. We're a group of 30 people System Engineers, Integration Specialists, Solution Architects, WFO Consultants and Project Managers.
Our mission is to transform our customers' needs, requirements and wishes into solutions that will make them champions in customer service for their clients.
What I love most about Puzzel is the dedication I see in all my colleagues, all the expertise and how everyone is so willing to share their knowledge. I know that whenever I am faced with a challenge, there is always a Puzzel friend who is happy to help.”

Niklas Larsson - Chief Information Security Officer
"I started at Puzzel in June last year as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), so I'm pretty new.
As CISO, I'm responsible for driving and coordinating Puzzel's information and cyber security with the purpose of managing risk and creating trust in Puzzel's services. This means that I get to spend a lot of time answering customer questions and speaking with people in every corner of Puzzel, which is great!
I love how everyone at Puzzel is open and easy to speak and work with. This, together with the mindset to constantly improve, makes Puzzel a great place to work."
