Michael Bailey, Chief Customer Officer

Michael Bailey has stepped into the role of Chief Customer Officer in October 2026. He joined Puzzel in July 2025 as VP Professional Services.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in the SaaS industry, with a strong background in leading global professional services, delivery, service sales, and training and enablement. He was previously Senior Director, Global Professional Services at Intelex Technologies, where he led a team of 60+ across EMEA, North America, LATAM and APAC. Before that, he spent more than a decade at Intelex, where he established and scaled the EMEA Professional Services practice from the ground up.

Michael’s focus is on customer success and long-term value, positioning services as a driver of retention, growth and customer outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.
