Mel Lawn, Chief Customer Officer

Mel joined as our CCO in July 2025.

Mel has a long experience of leading customer facing functions (customer success, professional services, support, education).

She was previously CCO of Peakon, a Danish tech company in the HR-tech, acquired by Workday and, prior to this she worked with Deltek/Maconomy, another Danish company in the ERP space.

Mel's focus is on customer excellence, delivering value to our customers along the entire customer journey.
