What you'll do 🏡💻
As an Account Executive, you’ll be our 3rd new business / AE hire in the Netherlands, joining a small but growing team who are building on the success they’ve already achieved since we launched the new Dutch entity in mid-2024, joining our founding Dutch AE + a new Senior AE joining us in January 2026.
This role will be targeting small to medium sized business (minimum of 30 seats upwards) with typical ARR of €50-250k.
Whilst you will have a lot of flexibility as to who you target, we know what works in the other markets: Insurance, Banking, Finance, Utilities, Local Government, Telecomms – experience selling into any of these is therefore advantageous.
What we're looking for 🔎
You’ll be proactive and solution-oriented, and not afraid to shake things up. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to close deals.
You should have good time management skills, be comfortable running your own processes and excel at the following:
Building and nurturing relationships with customers or creating business opportunities from scratch – it’s important to highlight that you’ll be managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to close.
Initiating and leading activities that contribute to goal achievement for growth and profitability in the portfolio.
Conducting activities such as demos and presentations.
Performance and budget responsibility for your own portfolio.
High self-motivation and being able to implement a structured way of working.
Thoroughly understand the customer’s needs, business, and processes.
Working under pressure and to deadlines.
Interacting with clients and customers both internally and externally.
Making the most of our systems and automated sequences to minimise manual work and continued best practice for RevOps (Salesforce and Outreach in particular).
The must haves 💪
Dutch native level speaker + strong English
Technological understanding and interest in the field of cloud-based services
1-3 years’ experience managing full sales cycle, from prospect to close
SaaS, CX or any other solution-based sales experience
Experience working with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC and/or Challenger preferable) & sales pipelining
Proactive/ hunter mentality. Recent experience as SDR/BDR and willingness to self-generate pipeline are a must.
Autonomy and confidence to sell into a new market

Exposure to an international environment
Additional language skills
CCaaS / competitor industry experience
MEDDPICC or similarly robust methodology
The location
We are ideally looking for someone to be based around the Amsterdam/ Utrecht/ Hague/ Haarlem area, but it's important to mention we're remote-first.
We are very flexible with hybrid working, but we’d like to see you spending time with the team where possible, particularly as the Dutch entity grows. We have passes to Regus offices which give you access 2 days/week to any of their offices!
