What you'll do 🏡💻
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the RevOps team, reporting to the RevOps Systems Manager, and play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing Puzzel's Go-To-Market tech stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications, including the creation and modification of custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, etc.
- Provide user support through our internal ticketing system, managing user accounts, license allocation, security settings, and general troubleshooting.
- Champion established DevOps processes, contributing to testing and enablement sessions to ensure smooth operations.
The must haves 💪
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platform, preferably in an administrative role
- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data model, security, and automation tools especially Flow
The nice to haves ➕➕➕
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party apps including CPQ products and Hubspot
- Other relevant skills will be considered. Aptitude and attitude can go a long way.
The location
This role is located in our Sofia office, Bulgaria, with expectation of 2-3 days/week in the office.
