Who You Are 👀
Account Manager 💻
We’re looking for someone who is dynamic and results-oriented 📈 with industry experience managing and building accounts for maximum revenue potential. You will be able to build and maintain relationships at all levels up to decision makers and have experience managing deals within 2-3 month sales cycle for upsell and cross sell initiatives to achieve quota and targets.
You will be adept at delivering excellent customer service, whilst liaising with customers, partners and colleagues. An ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines is also essential for success in this role

- Sales experience in solution selling for Contact Centre technology, or SAAS.
- Account Management/New Business
- Customer Relationship Management
- Problem solver and can think out of the box
- Can articulate business value when selling solutions
