After great success across EMEA they are now looking to bring on an SDR Manger to manage a growing EMEA SDR function out of their London office. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will coach, train, build and lead a junior SDR team, who are all going through a Sales Apprenticeship. In the first six months, you will be growing the team from the ground up, two currently but there will be 7 SDRs by the end of 2021. You will work with leadership in setting the team’s strategy, implementing metrics and monitoring performance.

As a SDR Manager, you will take a hands on approach to lead strategic initiatives that drive outbound and inbound lead generation and conversions, while mentoring team members to be the future sales superstars for the business.

Day to day:

  • Coach, train and mentor Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) on day to day activities to generate new business leads to the business
  • Create BANT qualified leads through inbound and outbound prospecting activities
  • Drive operational excellence through constant process innovation and creative incentives
  • Nurture SDR talent to build the sales superstars of the future
  • Support your team through their apprenticeship programme
  • Own and maintain ongoing analysis of inbound and outbound lead generation

About You:

You are a SDR manager, who thrives on building, coaching and training successful outbound focused sales development teams, as well as creating fun, motivated, and high-energy team cultures based on a shared set of values.

You have a proven background within SaaS

What are the requirements?

  • Positive, enthusiastic team player
  • A proven track record of individual SDR contribution and SDR Management success.
  • Experience in B2B Sales Development/lead generation
  • Experience in SaaS
  • Experience of growing and scaling a successful Sales Development team is desirable
  • Proven track record establishing, achieving or exceeding measurable goals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • European language skills are desirable but not essential
