Role and Responsibilities

This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering 100% net new logo revenue from across the Dutch market.  This is a pure hunter role with an expectation of 40% self-generated and 60% marketing and partner generated leads. Our marketing function will generate both inbound and outbound qualified SQL’s, the AE is then required to convert a high percentage of both self-generated, partners and marketing generated leads into funnel > pipeline > revenue opportunity > closed won ARR.

The Account Executive (AE) will hold full accountability for delivering against an individual monthly objective (MRR) in line with the quota objective set out by the business.  It is intended that the AE will own and deliver against their new business objectives by adhering to key performance activity metrics outlined by the commercial leadership.

Key Requirements

Experience / technical skills:

  • Bachelor Degree level education or comparable business experience
  • Minimum 7 years “Business to Business” solution selling.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within SaaS > CCaaS > CX/UX > Digital customer engagement solutions
  • Must have extensive experience and demonstrable success in “cradle to grave” net logo acquisition
  • Experience in both direct sales and channels sales is desired
  • Must have extensive experience in a SaaS based commercial environment
  • Classical sales training/methodology i.e., MEDDIC, SCOTSMAN Challenger etc (desired)
  • Excellent pipeline management and forecast hygiene (commit > upside)
  • Experienced user of Salesforce CRM (or equivalent) understanding the power of data
  • History of over achievement and going the extra mile
  • Experience leading and driving bid/tender process
  • Value based sales approach and methodology – WHY
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and psychology of the buying process

Location and Remuneration:

Location: Amsterdam or any major city in the Netherland. Remote office is expected.

Compensation: Package will consist of competitive on target earnings (OTE) including a fixed salary plus bonus
