Position overview

This is a  position which will see the Partner Success Manager have a key role within the Commercial Team and will own the day to day relationship with a defined partner landscape and build out business plans with each key channel, drive partner enablement , drive pipeline through marketing activity, qualify all partner sales leads and carry out monthly meetings to track progress. Reporting to the Partner Channel Director but also work closely with  Sales, Marketing, Customer Success , Solution Architects and the Puzzel Academy Teams. This role will have a flexible remote approach with occasional travel into the London office.

Job responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new partner relationships
  • Be the day to day relationship contact for all allocated partners
  • Act as a business growth consultant providing advice and assistance which maximise opportunities to build and accelerate revenue
  • Analyse current sales performance and metrics, and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity
  • Qualify and allocation of sales leads into local sales teams
  • Analyse the current skills, knowledge, and processes in the partner channel to identify strengths and areas for development/ enablement
  • Create and embed Sales enablement resources and methodologies to accelerate finding and winning new business
  • Mentor and coach Puzzel partners and colleagues, to embed sales processes and best practices
  • Work with the local Puzzel teams to own the success planning of partners, ensuring they have the capabilities to sell and deliver Puzzel products, with a key focus on
  • Identify areas to improve effectiveness within the partner organisation.
  • Facilitate and capture requirements and business needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Support senior stakeholders to translate their vision and strategic including joint value propositions
  • Manage and monitor completion of success plans
  • Provide visibility to the business where both a positive or negative partner intervention may be required.
  • Keep your skills up to date, identify new methodologies and techniques which could improve processes and practices.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience (Sales, Pre-Sales, Support)
  • Educated to degree standard
  • SaaS background
  • Partner Satisfaction Score +75%
  • Pipeline growth metric in line with 4 X budget cover
  • 100% Success Planning with Value/Wholesale
  • Lead hygiene – 48 hours qualification
  • Enablement – All partners to have sales, pre-sales and support certifications or have these planned
  • Marketing – Each partner to execute 2 joint marketing campaigns per annum
  • Deliver monthly update to each country sales team
  • Monthly cadence around progress meetings with partners
  • Experience of typical CRM platforms like SFDC and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Bid/ Tender response experience
  • Excellent technical skills especially around platform infrastructure
  • Experience of delivering hands on training to channel partners
